Question Liberty Medical

Just a few questions about their service for those who use them.

1. How soon after you "start the ball rolling" does it take for them to get the supplies to you?

2. Any problems with Customer Service?

3. Any problems with supplies that you need being on a backorder?

I will mainly be using them for pump supplies as my strips are covered under my prescription drug benefit. I don't see a problem with delivery time as I am in NC and they are based in Virginia.

Oh yeah, forgot one.

4. If you have a deductible that has not been met, do they work out a payment plan for you if needed?

Thanks !!!!

I actually use them, and I wasn't expecting much, but I've been impressed with them. They contact my doctor over anything I need. If I tell them I've been testing more than my script allows, they'll call my doctor to get it updated. They send me a ton of stuff and have left me replace stuff mid-order if I change what sets I use or what meter I use.

It took maybe a week or two after I got the ball rolling to get my first shipment.

No real problems with customer service.

Never had anything on back order.

My strips are covered on prescription too, but getting them with my pump supplies is cheaper than my co-pay, so I do that.

No clue on the payment plan.
