| I also use the sil-serter. I found that because the angle of insertion can vary, sometimes I am too deep and that's when I get blood. Lately, after much experience with the sil-serter I have been able to find an angle where I won't get blood most of the time but once in a while I still do. I also found (only 2X) I will get no blood until I pull the site out and then I get a lot to the point where I have to apply pressure to get it to stop. It's kind of tricky but I would suggest that you look at the angle you are inserting at.

A silver lining sometimes isn't enough
To make some wrongs seem right
Whatever life brings
I've been through everything
And now I'm on my knees again
But I know I must go on
Although I hurt I must be strong
Because inside I know that many feel this way
