Green vs. Pink Animas (One Touch Ping)

Ok, I've been dying to see photos of the green Animas or OneTouch Ping pump, because I've hardly seen any pics of the green one (I have way too much time on my hands or something, cause I've been looking all over the web for some). If you have a green Animas 2020 or a green One Touch Ping, please post. Likewise if you have a pink one. I'd like to kind of "see" which one appears brighter than the other, out of curiosity.

I like both colors, but would like to see how the pumps look with the colors on them (in person). In some pics (Has to be lighting), the green seems wayyy brighter than the pink. In other pics, the pink looks brighter than the green. I have the pink UltraMini & it's not really "bright," but looks more of a reddish-pink color. When I saw the green UltraMini at Wal-Mart, it looked brighter than the pink.

I don't think any of the above pictures are the ping. They look like the 2020 because the ping has a little extra bulk on the left side of the screen.

I called the local rep. last week and haven't heard back. I basically just wanted to see both colors in person, if he could swing it. I do know that the pumps & meters look very close (or alike), but I'd kind of like to see the pumps themselves in person. If I go this route, I want to be happy with the choice, down to the smallest details, including color.

I don't blame you for wanted the details (including color) perfect. I have seen how you wear your pump Dewey! You need the perfect color.

Yes color is very important to most pump wearers and diabetics in general, other wise why would they keep makeing new colors of everything.
I got a card for a new purple mini the other day, of course I mailed it , I need a purple meter. there is also a new blue mini.
I saw at my dr's office the other day that the Contour meters are coming out in colors too.

Because it's cheap to make the same meter in a different color and gives people another reason to buy the product. Personally, I don't care too much what the color is. I'm more interested in functionality.
