I did receive my replacement today, so if anyone is wondering they are coming.. They of course want the old one back, they did supply supplies to ship it back..

BTW, it did come with another case and trial supplies.. So that was nice of them..

What all came with your upgrade in the box?

In the upgrade box that I got was the pump, a new belt clip, a leather case, a newer version of their software, which is sooo much better. a cable for the meter, the meter, 10 strips and owners manuals for the pump and meter. The Ping will not fit the leather case from the 2020.

Maybe a little misunderstanding... This was a just a replacement meter, not an upgraded pump package.. My prior version of the Ping meter, had a bug.. So all I received was a different meter with the new software (SW V01.09).. Also received another case for the meter, cable, and sample test supplies..

I received only the meter replacement. No new case, no testing supplies, etc. They did furnish the envelope to send the old one back.
