| | Demo'd the COZMO today It was really cute when it wasn't in the case. In the case, it's huge! I tried to clip it to my shirt and it was too heavy. I was planning to wear inside my bra and just take it out to test and bolus. Anyone else do that? Any other suggestions?
Does anyone have a problem using the meter when clipped onto your pants waistband? It seemed hard to get the strip in and the blood on the strip. At least the rep was having problems...and she didn't have it clipped on.
My minimed demo is next Monday.
Thanks for the input everyone. |

| | | Lynne, I remove the pump from my belt to test, I don't have it attached to anything when I test. Unlike my 508, my Cozmore needs to be more free, so I always give myself plenty of slack on my tubing. I'm not quite sure how your rep could have been having issues with testing...I can start and finish the entire process in less than 30 seconds nowadays.

| While that's a common place for some women to carry their pump, another alternative to consider might be through your pants pocket. I always thought that men wore their pump there, but a CDE friend pointed out that since she was Almost Always in pants, it made more sense for her to wear her pump " LIke the Guys do."

Like duck, it takes me maybe 30 - 40 seconds tops to take it off belt, poke, plug in strip, test, remove strip, re-attach to belt.

I don't. I keep the pump in my pocket and take it out to test/bolus and then drop it back in.
