Bought these the other day and put some in my oatmeal this am. I didn't even taste them once they were mixed in. Just wanted to let you all know that you can add some protein to your meals without adding that yucky tasting protein powder.

BTW, the product is called "Deb El Just Whites."

I hadn't realized that egg whites had that much protein, but I looked up the Nutrition Facts at: http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts-B00001-01c2020.html.

I bought protein powder, but I don't know how to use it yet. It was suggested that I add it to baked goods in place of flour. It didn't work well when I tried it.
