Lots of recipes

can be found if you join the http://www.onetouchgold.com/ site. They currently have a
diabetes dessert recipes book you can download and save or print, and they
have a new download every month, among other interesting things for
diabetics. Thought I'd share in case anyone didn't know about this.

Hi Susan

Nice link, I went there to download the free book but it's only for people from the US. I live in Canada so it's not available to me.

Hi Shanda and Nonnymouse, u might also want to try to visit this site:

they have this recipes for bitter melon. I know its weird at first but I think if you try one of them you will get to like one at least
