low carb quick chocolate mousse

I found this recipe on the web tonight and had to try it. It was quite good, and it's got me thinking about all the things I could do with it....

1/2 cup redi whip
1/4 tsp cocoa
1 packet splenda (or sweetner of choice)

mix well, top with a dash of redi whip and enjoy!

2 or 3 carbs per serving!

I think next time I will chill it for about 30 minutes before serving, but it had the chocolate taste, was really light....and it was nice to have something cool and sweet on a warm night! Now I'm thinking of sugar free graham cracker crusts.....
