Icefrozen coffe drink your flavor

These are great on a very hot day int the afternoon for a pick me up.....

1/3 C powdered milk
1/4 c Sugar
1/3 c instant coffee (i add a little more for bolder flavor)
1/2 c your favorite non dairy flavored coffee creamer
( mine is french vanilla, cinnamon, and chocolate)
Blend all together in a food processor
take 2 tbs of mix
1/2 milk
8 ice cubes

Blend in blender till smooth

carb is 1 gram would be next to nothing if you use splenda versus sugar
then 6 carbs for the milk

did a test on this one of these brought up my sugar 60 pts
so I take one unit of insulin although my ratio is 1/15

Those non-dairy creamers are instant heart attacks. Full of trans fat, hydogenated oils, etc.

I get Dunkin' Donuts decaf with cream and 2 splenda ever day. The cream has no sugar

Non-dairy creams have hydrogenated oils as the first or second ingredient.

"Light Cream [Milk, Cream, Disodium Phosphate (Stabilizer), Sodium Citrate (Stabilizer)]."
