Low Carb Luxury

Unfortunately, I'm still very much affected by even small amounts of carbs. Hopefully that will change someday, but until then, I'm working very hard to find other ways to enjoy the foods I love. I'm finding many websites that simply change the way food is made/baked/cooked. I'm sure many of those sites have already been mentioned here, so please forgive the repeat, but has anyone ever tried any recipes or food from the Low Carb Luxury web site? http://www.lowcarbluxury.com

Someone in the Carbohydrates forum mentioned having to give up muffins, which she dearly loved. The Low Carb Luxury web site gives recipes for muffins that have greatly reduced carbs....example, lemon poppyseed muffins (my fav) only have 11g of carbs. There are also recipes for several different kinds of cheesecake, low carb pasta recipes, an online store that sells only low carb products and much more. This disease is difficult enough....I don't want to sacrifice any more than I have to.

I'm checking that site out this week...trying a couple of the bread recipes. I will let you know. I have another you can try too. I know what you mean about the smallest amounts of carbs affecting my numbers. Still working on that...
