ok, i got my stuff, added the calories up, and the carbs divided by 8 and here's the counts on this

i bought sugar free jello, pudding
1/3 less fat cream cheese
dole orange juice
and
full flavored extra creamy cool whip

291 calories per slice, and 27 carbs per slice

could be even less if you wanted to give up the full flavored cool whip

and thats including all ingredients in the math

shouldnt be too bad considering, how much more it coulda had in it if i didnt buy the sugar free stuff........

this makes two pies, so im going to give one to the neighbor, since he's a diabetic also

and just from licking the spoon, OMG its sooooo good, i had no idea diabetic recipe's like this could taste so good
