Taco Pizza.. very low carb

My wife made a variation of Blaine's low carb pizza. We made tacos this way. I could have a much larger portion with them layed out like pizza. It had about 14 carbs for one dinner plate sized portion.
For each taco:
2 Low carb wheat tortillas. ( ours had 13 carbs and 8 fiber = 10 for the two tortillas total. * fiber over 5 grams can be subtracted
Taco meat ( seasoning had 20 carbs for the 1 pound of taco meat)
Salsa ( less then 2 carbs)
Cheddar Cheese
onion
Green pepper
chopped tomats...

Fry the tortilla in one Tbsp. olive oil. Set on paper towel to drain.
Repeat for second tortilla.
Place fried tortilla on baking sheet.
Add Salsa, top with meat, onion , green pepper, cheese.
Top with second tortilla and repeat .
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Low cal sour cream and tomats ...

That's one of my favorites. I'll fry up a bunch of ground beef and spice it up real good and put it in the fridge. Then I can grab a low carb tortilla whenever I'm hungry and add whatever and have a nice low carb meal, real fast and yummy...
