Bailey's Slushie

For this one use an off brand of Irish cream.....Bailey's will thicken but not get "slushie".

Just throw the bottle in the freezer overnight. It will partially freeze and make the best slushie you have tasted.

Oh, Bailey's reasonably low in carbs too..........lol

Baileys is less than 18% alcohol by volume--I don't think I would leave the lid on.

Bill suggested throwing the bottle in the freezer, and voila! Bailey's slushie...

Hey Bill... would this work for Kahlua as well?!?! Mmmm, I can just imagine a nice Kahlua slushie on our steaming hot Christmas day, watching the kiddies play with their presents, helping mum set the table and cook the dinner...

Tricia, I LOVE cooking!!!!! I do an awesome roast, we have Turkey at Christmas, roast potatoes, peas and corn, carrot, gravy, and salads... lots of salads... Actually, the Turkey roast and veges are crazy in the heat of an Australian Christmas, but hey... Its tradition...

I'll send ya some of my recipes... Cooking is soooo theraputic... I'm making a lemon cheesecake later today!!!
