I like to buy vintage/antique cups/saucers from flea markets or antique stores (or at least old-looking ones) and put a bag of cocoa mix in them, put a small doily between cup and saucer, tie the christmasy cellophane around it with a ribbon and a cinnamon stick and give as gifts to neighbors and co-workers....looks like you've really went to trouble. If you're doing a non-sugar-free version to give away, you can add mini chocolate chips to the mix...looks really pretty!

I'm curious about that powdered creamer. Which one is it? Can you find on the label what's in it? I mean, maybe hydrogentated or partially hydrogenated something? Or sat. fat?
If not, I'll get it!
Thanks, |

| | | I've used the "generic" brands as well as "Coffemate" and "Creamora." Not sure what's in it as far as "partially hydrogenated" goes...I just tried it, tested and had good 1 and 2 hr readings.
