Smile Sugarfree eggless eggnog

This is a yummy subsitution for the real thing- 2qts low fat milk, 1 small box of sugar free instant french vanilla pudding, 3 tsp. vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg to taste. Combine in a gal. container then shake vigorously. The shakin not only mixes but adds frothiness.

I'm having Christmas at Nancy's.

Oh and how is it eggnog if it's eggless?

Sounds good!

Thanks for that idea on Egg Nog. I had all but given it up as an out of the question drink.. But I too was thinking of how I could use non fat and no sugar items to create something similar to it. I haven't yet decided to experiment but it sounds like a good thing to try for a start. I will let you know if I come up with something non alcoholic that works.

I'm a real eggnog lover and found this recipe to be just a bit too 'weak' to satisfy my taste. Next time I make it I plan to use a large package of the pudding mix and just account for the extra carbs and calories. But I DO plan to make it again! Thanks for passing it on!
