| | Sugarfree eggless eggnog This is a yummy subsitution for the real thing- 2qts low fat milk, 1 small box of sugar free instant french vanilla pudding, 3 tsp. vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg to taste. Combine in a gal. container then shake vigorously. The shakin not only mixes but adds frothiness. |

| | | Thanks for that idea on Egg Nog. I had all but given it up as an out of the question drink.. But I too was thinking of how I could use non fat and no sugar items to create something similar to it. I haven't yet decided to experiment but it sounds like a good thing to try for a start. I will let you know if I come up with something non alcoholic that works. |

| | | I'm a real eggnog lover and found this recipe to be just a bit too 'weak' to satisfy my taste. Next time I make it I plan to use a large package of the pudding mix and just account for the extra carbs and calories. But I DO plan to make it again! Thanks for passing it on! |
