Smoked BBQ Beef Brisket, Lobster Claws & Scallops, Cole Slaw (With Splenda), Fried Potatoes & Red Onions and wife made Brownies ( I did not eat any)... and some Cabo Wabo (No-Sugar) Margaritas later... Life was great! I make this about once a month when SAM's has Lobster Claws on sale..

| | | I have to ask where the rest of the lobster goes. I've never heard of selling just claws, but then we have live lobster tanks in all our grocery stores. I prefer them the old fashioned way: boiled and dipped in butter.

| | | Sam's Club in Joetown sells big bags of Lobster Claws only once a month or so. The tails are sold in 4 packs. The Claws a lot cheaper and great taste cooked on the smoker the simmered in butter.

| | Funny story about Lobster.
KGM came to visit me from Rhode Island. She carried on board the plane about 12 live Maine Lobster for dinner. My son cooked them and we invited the family over for dinner. Karen ate a hamburger. She hates lobster. Now that is a friend!
