Make a food label for any recipe

There's a great software program out there that lets you input your ingredients and instructions for your recipes. Since I am on a balanced protein and carb diet, it is important to me to know how many grams of protein and carbs are in my recipes.

The program is "Recipecalc" and it is available at

You can download it, try it for free for two weeks, and if you like it, it is $29, I believe.
It has the entire USDA food database in it, all the fast food places, and you can input data for your own ingredients.

Indispensable.
