Incredible resource for low-carb recipies!

Hi folks!

First post here for me. A friend of mine who is allergic to gluten sent me this link for low-carb/no-carb recipies. I have tried a cheeseburger quiche and the cream of chile soup - I am extremely satisfied with my BGs and the taste.

I have yet to try to try the "popcorn" or the "rice" made with cauliflower... and good luck finding almond flower.

Wow, there are some good looking recipes on here, thanks! I went straight to the desserts to see how low carb. I have found Almond flour at Kroger, and Tom Thumb, Central Market, and other places too; it's very expensive! About ten times more expensive than regular flour. I would hate to get "hooked" on it!
