Question Has anyone tried this?

Found this very interesting-sounding product online when looking for low-carb flour substitutes. It's like Bisquick, only low carb. Has 2 net carbs per serving. I was wondering if anyone had seen or tried it. If it works half as well as they say, could be a promising answer to making goodies like waffles, pancakes, muffins, etc., without having to do some of the strange low-carb workarounds.

Hmmm. This looks very promising. I'll have to keep an eye out for this product; otherwise, I'll have to start grocery shopping on the internet.

Carbquik is great! We use it for muffins, pancakes, and as a breading for chicken. It has very little effect on my blood sugar as well.
