Cool Saturday mid-morning hunger!!

I was very hungry around 10am today and wanted to eat something that tastes good (for me) and also low in carbs also something that would fill me up a bit

Here's what I did:

2 Egg whites
1/2 Red peper
2 tbl spoon tabasco sauce
Salt
Olive oil

Heat a bit of olive oil in a pan and sauté thin cut red pepers for 2-3 minutes. Add egg whites and tabasco sauce and salt.

I added lots of pepers because I like em!, add as much or as less as you like.

Here's the important final step
after the egg is done, find a safe place where others can't see you - sit down and enjoy!

If you don't like tabasco sauce, you can exclude it

Happpy weekend everyone.. stay low!

Yummy! I do something similar but also add spinach, a little cheese and red pepper flakes. MMMM, what a nice wake up call in the morning.

Gosh Chris that looks good - I too love red pepper, also orange and yellow pepper. I hadn't thought of adding it to my scrambled egg though - now I know a new trick!
