Raspberry Sherbert

This is a great dessert to make on a hot summer day! But you better start making it early b/c it needs time in the freezer (or as some of you Southerners would say...icebox).

Ingredients:
3 cups milk
1 tub Crystal Light Raspberry Ice drink mix
1 tub (8oz) Cool Whip (thawed in refridgerator)

Preparation:
1. Mix 1 tub Crystal Light mix into 3 cups milk. Put it in freezer for 2 hours until partially frozen.
2. Spoon mixture into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
3. Return mixture to bowl and mix in (by hand) entire tub of thawed cool whip.
4. Place bowl in freezer for another 4 hours.
5. Let sherbet sit out for 20 minutes at room temperature before serving.

This recipe makes 12 (1/2 cup) servings.
Each serving (1/2 cup) contains 9 carbs.
