      Pizza,Pizza

      Check it out all you pizza lovers.Last night my wife made CAULIFLOWER pizza. Yea the crust is made with cauliflower with all the goodies on top. It was one of the best Pizzas we have ever had...no guilt eating--LOW carb-- no dough=no carbs. Go online and google cauliflower pizza dough. We were both shocked at how good it really is. Finally we have solved our pizza problem with this great idea. If you dont love this pizza I'll come to your house and wash all the dishes. Have a great day dont let this diabetes get you down and check your blood sugar often. paul

      I will have to try this. I usually eat the carbolicious pizza kits that are low in carbs but the last 2 times ive eaten them I suffer from extremem nausea so I've given up on them. I want to thorw up just at the thought of one now b/c how bad it made me feel afterwards. Never caused me to spike which was good but for whatever reason i would get so nauseous. So thanks for sharing. I will add this to my list of things to try for sure

      I use cauliflower in lots of dishes but I haven't tried the pizza. I will have to try it. I normally make pizza on those Flat Out Tortillas and it rarely spikes me.
      HbA1c 5.3 3/11 , HbA1c 5/12 6.1
      metformin 2550 mg
      low carb diet (20-30 carbs a day)
      3 T of Coconut Oil daily
      Vit D, CoQ10, Melatonin, Multi vitamin, zinc, B 12
      Chia Seeds , Flaxseeds

      Exercise- Tennis - 4 hours/week, Power Walking- 4-5 miles most days, Hiking in the summer 7-10 miles on trails and in the mountains

      diagnosed Feb 2007
      Age 62
