Smoked sausage or Polish and kraut...

mmm mmmm....

per person.

4 oz regular polish/smoked sausage
(2oz is serving @ 17g fat ouch!!! 1g carb)

1/4 cup (.25) sauer kraut - 1g carb, 0g fat

diced onions ( I hat cutting them so I use dehydrated )

bell pepper (put in towards the end so it taste cooked but still krunchy!!!)
The boss, I mean wife hates soggy bell pepper...

I also like to add fat free cheese (or cheese toast on wheat) and pace medium salsa.

some thing low carb even the wife likes...

o'I also drain off any grease i can... every bit helps...

sounds deliscious! except for the krout (ugh). My hubby would take all that and put it into an omlet. He makes the best omlets and then to top it off serves them to me in bed. Ahhh, life is good! Merry Christmas all!
