| | | You can always make smoothies with a bit of soy milk and some ice, or with soy cream. I believe it has less carbs than regular milk or ice cream.
Or perhaps light yogurt and ice. The possibilities are endless!

| | | Hmm.. regular milk hardly has any carbs (12g per cup I believe). There really isn't any way to make a smoothie without having carbs. If you want a smoothie, you'll just have to substitute it for a meal one day.

| | | thanks shellybelly, that one looks pretty good. The other "diabetic" ones that I've found had 30-45 grams of carb....ya, like I'm going to eat that. Anyways, I'll give this one a shot. Thanks

| | | If you're fortunate enough to find Hood's Carb Countdown Milk, you can make a pretty low-carb milkshake or smoothie, depending on what you add to it.
8oz has 3g of carbs. It comes in white and chocolate. I add a scoop of vanilla ice cream (1/2c = 15g) and some fresh strawberries or blue berries into a blender, along with a bit of crushed ice. It's delicious!
