Sometimes you just have to indulge!

| | | That fat content delays the carbs. I will usually square wave with a higher fat content meal. There are no set rules I just do my best and try to judge the fat content vs the carb content. Sometimes it works other times I'll find 4 to 6 hours later I'm running a little high. Just correct for it.

| | | I usually do a dual wave for high fat meals. I take 1/2 up front and then for the second 1/2 I spread it out over 2.5 hours.

| | | 150? That's nothing. Try 350 at Whataburger (2 burgers, 2 large fries and a large shake). I think that would be my record. Usually, it's 150-200 for dinner though.
