Hooters Fan

Hello. I had question. I eat at My local Hooters restaurant few times. I dont eat fries anymoe but I order Naked wings and ceaser salad. drink water. well the last two time ive eatten their my number would not change a whole lot from the intial test. Is it becauase I drank a lot of water during the stay. Ex my number was 106 and 2 hour later it was 103. Well I still very new to all of this so I hope i can get some advise. I work a lot on the road thats what im more concerned with then when im at home. Hotels im not sure what I can eat and where to exercise? Doesn't sound like very many carbs in the meal. No carbs, no jump.

For wings, the corn syrup in the sauce is the problem and I assume the naked ones had none.
When eating out, asking the staff what is in it and knowing what kinds of things to look for. Breading of course but any tomato based sauce is likely to have corn syrup in it. Ketchup on your fries is a double whammy.
Read the nutritional guide online for the places you are most likely to encounter so you'll know what to order.
