Does anyone know of a good web site to find out lists of what restaurants have low carb items?

Jeana, my new pump educator gave me a booklet published by Lilly (as in Humalog etc.) called Nutrition in the Fast Lane that lists just about every fast food place in the US with most of the items they offer and the carb, fat, calorie for each.
website is www.FastFoodFacts.com. Haven't checked it out yet.

Canada

In Canada, the Swiss Chalet chain has a low-carb menu. I've had 2 of the meals and tested fine afterwards.

Jeana,

I follow weight watchers and one of my favorite sites is Dottie's Weigh Loss Zone. She has a lot of resturants on her site. She gives counts for calories, fat, fiber and carbs for foods in each one.
