Question Applebees / Weight Watchers Menu

Any good for diabetics? I have seen the menu, although NOT since I've been diagnosed. Has anyone eaten from this menu and what did you think?

Have not tried the Applebee's choices, but WW meals are pretty balanced. I think that if you count your carbs correctly its ok. I believe their menu has all the info, correct?

Yeah, I've tried one of their salads off he WW portion of the menu...but I didn't like it. I'd recommend ordering a regular salad with the dressing on the side, since dressing seems to be the most calorie laden component of the salad.

Enjoy

I believe so yes. I would have to look at the menus again.

I had a salad off of the menu at Applebee's too. It was this past summer, and i believe there was fruit and nuts in it. It tasted a little too good, so I figured there must be SOMETHING in it that I shouldn't have. As I recall, my AM bs the nexr day was not too out of whack. I have always thought that the menu's at applebees make things look sooooo appealing, but I find that I'm usually somewhat dissapointed. I have a WW cookbook, but haven't cracked it open in over a year. Nancy

I currently have about 3 diabetes cookbooks already. Enjoyed my dinner at Applebees, I got the confetti chicken, with extra steamed veggies instead of the potatoes.
