| | | We don't eat out too often. Fast food, I find that Wendy's 99 cent menu works best for me. I usually have a deluxe cheeseburger and a small chilli. We go to Applebees and three of us will share 3 or 4 appetizers... quesadilla's, wings, veggie pizza, something made with spinach, can't think of the name. I fill up quick, so don't eat much when I go out. As long as I use my pen before we eat, my BS does pretty good on this. Special meals out, I have been known to eat a small steak, baked potato and salad, but skip the bread, without too much rise.

| | | Whenever I eat out, I simply make smart choices. I try not too order much carbs, except for some salad to accompany protein. pumping does help out a lot.

| | | I'm the same way, when I eat out I try to eat low carb. Either that or something that has a carb and/or protein count that I am intimately familiar with. |

| | | I rarely eat out, but when I do, I go somewhere that has good quality Filet Mignon, and many veggie sides.

| | | I don't eat at buffets, but eat at other restaurants quite often. If I order something with bread, I just don't eat the bread. I avoid pasta, rice, bread and any type of potato product. Otherwise, I eat what I want within moderation.
If I feel like dessert, I'll order it but have one or two bites at the most. At one particular restaurant they have an awesome key lime cheesecake and 2 bites is all I'll do and it's the perfect ending to a meal, and I don't feel deprived. |

| | | My wife just mad Pirogies with Potatoes and Cheddar cheese and I ate them and had a piece of chocolate cake. Oh how I'm going to pay for this tomorrow. The good news is I have lost 3 pounds.
Oh the Pirogies were fried in pure coconut oil.
