      Thumbs up UCSF Sugar study

      I don't know if this has been posted here before, I did a search but came up with nothing. I think it deserves a bump to the top if it has been posted and I didn't find it.
      All credit goes to my wife for finding this on Youtube. It is a long video but I found it fascinating and hope others will as well.

      Excellent video. Makes perfect sence. Fits nicely with the book, "In Defense of Food"

      So, now I am checking the labels for Frutcose. Personally, I don't eat a lot of food with nutrition labels, but there are a few.

      Yeah, I'll bet he has gotten a lot of critisim from BIG FOOD companies!

      I don't believe we will ever get a unifying theory about why we get fat. But I am pretty much convinced that bad/non food like HFCS and lack of physical activity are two major ingredients.

      ) I just can't envision (thankfully) a 400lb dude in a loin cloth, sneaking up on a wildebeast or bison with his bow and arrow ). HMMMMM, maybe a great movie idea? WALL-E a 1000 years in the past rather than the future.
