Tony, My Hero

Was just looking back through old posts to try and find stories for 2High's dinner.

I re-read lots of early posts here and While I know how important Diabetes Forums is---I had forgotten how important it was to help me understand what I was going through after just being Dx'd.

I had forgotten how incredibly important it was to have this place to come to and get instant feedback to allay my fears and find support for all the questions the Dr. couldn't answer and get Real World Help from people who had "Been There and Done That."

Having DF to hang out at has made the transition into the World of Diabetes a much less scary, lonesome and daunting task.

Tony, I thank you from the bottom of my heart

Diabetes forums is a great tool to help us manage and coupe with diabetes. I remember when I had to give myself my first shot at 1 in the morning. With my fear of needles back then, sure would have been nice to have diabetesforums to turn for support.

Your Welcome! And here's to many more years
