Has anyone tried the Advocare 24 Day Challenge? Any recommendations or "Do's and Dont's"? For that matter, is it safe for a T1? I don’t really want to make an appointment with my nutritionist for her to just say yeah its fine. There is a 10 day cleanse and then a 14 day dietary phase. Any advice is appreciated.

I think Advocare products are similar to Isagenix products. My Crossfit gym uses Isagenix and I know of another gym in the area that uses Advocare so I'm assuming they're comparable. Based on that assumption, I'd think the challenge would be ok for you to do. I did a 30 day Isagenix challenge successfully. The shakes hadron sugar and carbs than I'm used to, so there was a bit of an adjustment period where I had to figure out how the shakes affected my bgs. There were also cleanse days where I didn't eat any solid foods and those went fine.
