Low Carb Magic Cookie Bar Recipe | All Day I Dream About Food

This recipe for sf sweetened condensed milk from ADIDAF is after the recipe for the magic cookie bars.

Current A1c- 5.9 / fbg- 109

2 Metformin 500mgs-1@ breakfast / 1@ supper

Another Yummy. Let me know when you find a caramel recipe, lol! One I use has sweetened condensed milk, need a brown sugar sub. I have used the splenda blend before. Wonder what they would taste like.

There is a caramelized burnt butter recipe out there, but it's not near caramel , really...I don't think there would be one...I think some things we just gotta miss, y'know??:(

Oh if they can come up with the caramel for the flan !!!!!
Heck I'm tempted to make this and just do a flan without the caramel and pour a little Walden farms pancake syrup on it.
I love flan,, now to make Bolichi with black beans and cauliflower rice ;)
