I've heard that taking apple cider vinegar with dinner can lower your fasting blood sugar count. Do the apple cider vinegar tables work as well. Just wondering if anyone has first hand experience with this. Thanks

No clue. I would use caution with ACV if you have gerd, reflux or any problems simular to that because of the acidity. The pills might not have this affect.

I tried straight vinegar, and couldn't stand the stuff. I then tried the capsules full of liquid vinegar. I got up to six capsules at bedtime without it effecting my fasting level the next morning, so I gave up the experiment.

I tried the tablets and they never lowered my bg at all. The only thing that lowers my bgs is my diabetes meds and a LC diet.
