the only thing i didnt want to hear was gain weight  I lost like alot went from a size 20 to a size 5/6 and i love it  but she wants me to gain 10 lbs,,i dont want to i havent been this size since i had my first son |
you wont believe how much better you will feel! a carb counting course would be a huge advantage as then is takes the guesswork out of things, and you will be less likely to have hypos.
regarding the weight thing, my personal take on it is that if you are eating a healthy diet and only taking the correct amount of insulin to the carbs you eat then you shouldnt put on weight.
my advice is not to worry about the weight , just concentrate on getting your insulin sorted for now.
i put on ten pounds during my first 6 months on insulin. i lost it again recently going lower carb.
so dont stress, just enjoy feeling well again!
