OK my Lab resuts as well

First time I've ever posted my lab results. I find other's interesting so I thought why not , give it a go and post them.

well here they are as of 11/07/07 5pm

A1c 6.7 Well thats up 0.1, but interestingly that equates to my average meter reading. Need to do better I think.

HDL 43. Like it to be a bit higher

HDL 161 Oh dear worse than last time

Total Col 205, a bit on the up side

Trigs 161, got a star aginst this, but It means do better, not well done!

On the plus side Kidneys and Liver and Heart are doing a good job.

Sooooo a few more vegies I think and maybe cut back on those peanuts.

Well thats over with Whew!

Catcount
Split Lantus and Novelet Rapid
