| Not sure if this is "help".. but it helps me! Ever since I started using insulin, in 2001, I have always felt bloated. There isn't a day that goes by that I'm not frustrated with it. Originally, I cut down on the amount of insulin that I was taking (and the amount of food, of course) and that seemed to help for awhile. The only thing that really helps me is to stay away from anything with a high sodium content (usually processed foods) and anything with carbonation (like diet sodas)!
I hope someone else replies that actually has a solution!! I'd take any bit of help with this annoying problem! |
