I had to go to my GP's office today (hubby is sick). Since I went with hubby my GP took the opportunity to speak to me about another diabetic he has in his practise. She is type 1.5 and it seems her control isn't too good, he was wondering if I would speak to her about the possibility of going on a pump

Guess now that he's more familiar with an insulin pump because of me he's looking at other diabetics in his medical practise that might benefit from it.

(I told him to pass my name and phone number to this lady and that I would happy to speak to her about the possibility of pumping)

LoL maybe if you ordered one of those t shirts we got back about 6 months ago you could wear that when you talk to her

I think it's great that he looks at you as a good source of information and I think you will be a BIG help to this patient.
