Question Possible Pregnancy, question about low bs readings

I have been on insulin since I was 8 and I am 38 now. I have three healthy children, and with all my pregnancies, i had REALLY low bs readings from the day I found out I was pregnant, all the way up until the 2nd trimester, sometimes registering as low as 22! I used to set my alarm clock to wake myself up in the middle of the night so i could get a glass of milk, or my bs would bottom out by morning.
Anyway, i just got re-married in feb. and my husband and I started trying to conceive last month. I can't do a pregnancy test until next week, but for the last WEEK i have had CRAZY lows, registering as bad as "LO" on my meter, and ranging from 32 to 52! Over and over it keeps happening. i was wondering if anyone else had their bs start to do this, THIS early?
Hopefully I'm pregnant!

My lows didn't start until I was in my 7th or 8th week of my pregnancy. But just MAYBE there are twins??? Just a thought! Good luck!

I wasn't diabetic (or at least it wasn't diagnosed, except as GD) until after all my kids were born so I don't know what my blood sugar was doing, but I knew I was pregnant with 2 of my kids (separate pregnancies) way before I'd ever missed a period (in other words, within 10 days of conception), even though everyone kept telling me it was impossible to have symptoms that early (but I was right both times.) So why shouldn't blood sugar start fluctuating that early for some people too?
