Stress can definitely impact your blood sugar. For me, I can never tell which way my blood sugar will go when impacted by stress

. Sometimes it will go sky high

and other times it will plummet

.
Just last Thursday, I had minor surgery... I woke up expecting to be in the 200s, but instead I woke up at a shocking 41. I wasn't as stressed as I thought I would be... (maybe I was on a subconscious level), so when I saw that reading, I was really surprised.
My suggestion to you would be to find things to relax you... No, stress sometimes can't be avoided, but if you find ways to deal with that stress- it can help a lot. I often find working out

, taking a hot bath or shower

, venting

, or watching something lite

on dvd or tv often helps.
Hope your stress eases up~ hang in there
