Just a Thought

I was just thinking that diabetics are actually more healthy than people without it because we usually watch our food and when we eat, go ahead call me crazy.

I agree, I once heard a dietitian explaining that a 'diabetic' diet is the safest and easest 'diet' to live with, because it encourages a wide variety of foods and not too much of anything.

your crazy! lol

No i've actually thought along those lines... i wouldn't say diabetes is "unhealthy" as such... it's just a thing that happens. I wouldn't go as far as to say that all diabetics are healthier people tho, those that dont look after their diabetes usually end up going blind, losing limbs, having kidney failure/infections and heart attacks.

So i guess as always, it depends on the person... everyone is different!

Yeah I meant to say that people who actually take care of themselves with diabetes are healthier.
