Need Energy and Motivation

just cant be bothered doing anything,

This month I will mostly eat myself

39 years old, Type 1 since sept 05
Diabetic down syndrome ( extreme morning sugar production )
Delayed 1-3 hour insulin absorption
70-100 mg Humalog or Novarapid daily
Pumped

No sugar, low carbs diet
Muscle pains & spasms in arms legs & back
Depressed & low energy

Now registered as disabled

Why not? Are you refering to your diabetes or just everything in general?
