| | | 4.9 baby! Thats my new ha1c ! Maybe a bit too low, but so far I haven't had any scary lows that I have noticed. I had a c peptide drawn yesterday, but won'thave the results for a while. I still have high numbers but I don't think they stick around long enough to glycolate. |

any diets, exercise?  | I run 50+ miles weekly, in july I ran 100 mile race( so yes, a lot of exersize)I watch my carbs try to keep them 100carbs daily or less. I am on lantus and humalog also. |
