I was wondering if anyone knew of a program designed to help young adults making under 20k a year pay for doctor visits and insulin

If you are the only person you have to take care of financially, it would have to be way less than $20k per year to have the finances needed to qualify for most programs. You do appear to qualify for novolog's patient assistance program though: Changing Life With Diabetes - Welcome To Changing Life With Diabetes
