Neuropathy: anyone with info on anodyne treatments?

I have been a type 1 for 36 years and my complication at this point is neuropathy in my feet. My right foot is currently in a cast due to some stress fractures and my podiatrist is working on stabilizing my bone deterioration. Can anyone give me feedback on anodyne treatment for the feet and neuropathy? Has anyone out there had this treatment? Thanks, Linda
