Finally.......

What a visit, although I feel like the biggest liar on the face of the planet, he signed for me to get the pump, I checked with mini med and they have the fax..

Plus my blood sugar was 84 this is the first endo visit I have ever had with a normal reading, but then my blood pressure was elevated 120/90, but I was stressed out about this appointment.....

Although I was happy I was pannicking all the way to the store after the visit because of my blood pressure and it was 128/81 at the drug store, and then just a bit ago back down to 110/70 whew.,..........I don't want those issue's right now

He kept talking about my slightly low thyroid and what not, and i haven't had my thyroid tested since last May, but he was like someday you'll probably have to be on med's for it and I have a goiter(gosh that sounds so nasty). Although I jokingly said well I lost four more pounds since last month, thryoid must not be too bad. I know I know, I am trying to be positive. Now I am not pannicked anymore and the sky looked blue today.....

Finally

That thyroid chemisty can vary with each blood chem test. I have had a few that showed there was a problem, followed by next test no problem whatsoever.
Asked the endo what that was all about? He said the thyroid is the most complex organ in the body and the least understood. Not at all uncommon for the tests they use to give batty results. Apparently they can vary for many reasons.

Hi Cheryl,

Good to hear the doctor signed for your pump and that things went well!

If you have any questions on the pump (or anything), feel free to ask! Congrats again!
