| when sugars are low i find it very difficult to accurately bring my sugar levels back up to what i want when i go low. i usually go too high, then i have to adjust again.
the foods i eat affect me differently when i don't take any meds for them. when i'm low i don't dare take any meds.
so my question is simple. for for every 10 points i want to bring it up how many carbs should i eat.
i know everyone will be different because of body mass and such but just maybe i can get a better idea for a basis to go on.
