| | | I have this problem as well. I have found a natural supplement that has helped me somewhat. It's called Phosphatidylserine--I have seen it used in some natural supplement formaulas for kids with ADHD. I usually get a "Phosphatidylserine complex" that also contains Phosphatidylcholine. Everyone is different though--I just mentioned it in case you want to research it.

| | Absolutely.
When I'm high, it takes me much longer to get a task done than it will if I'm running at decent levels. It's just like the train of thought goes around in circles and never really takes a step in the right direction. Most frustrating....
The good thing is that when you are running at a decent BG level, you feel like you can take on the world. I think it's because I get frustrated at the times I find it difficult to focus that the times when I'm running normally I am extra motivated to get as much done as I can. | | | I have to get my sugars between 120 and 160 when I study, but I think years of bad control at times has taken its toll...I am so fidgety and distracted all the time.
