leg pain neuropathy after shower

I think my leg pain is always the worst after shower
the pain feel like the feel in the mouth after drinking a carbonated drink (sprinkling) around both my thigh
also both my big toe felt like it's going to go detached from my leg

is there anything I can do after shower to ease my leg pain...?
