| | | Very cold hands and feet at same time of day... Every day starting at 11 am my hands and feet start freezing and this continues until I have lunch. After lunch I warm up for some reason. Anybody have any ideas? Does eating carbs warm me up? Why is this only at lunch? Its like there is no blood going through my hands until I get food in me...

| | | I do exercise every morning, but its always at like noon that my hands get super cold. I eat and instantly I feel them warm up. Is this a sign of bad blood veins or something?

| | | Do your fingers go white? Do you have any stress about that time?
Not sure if this will help, but here's a bit about Raynauds syndrome - one of my high school friends had it.

| | | I have always had cold feet. My hands seem to be either cold or very hot depending on what my BG is. But the feet are always cold. A few docs I've seen seemed concerned about my cold feet until I told them my feet are always cold. | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
